Delivering on our sustainable promise, the Charcoal Straw Rancher is not only handwoven but also hand-dyed, our artisans use charcoal to give it a rich signature black tone. Our concerns about the environmental and health risks of synthetic dyes brought us to artisans that use ancient traditions to minimize the health risks of synthetic dyes.
Natural dyes, though more expensive and harder to use than commonly used chemical dyes, produce more vivid colors and are safer and more environmentally friendly than the synthetic ones used by fashion industries.
What can you expect? A great quality, thick, and sturdy palm hat in timeless BLACK. Dyed with organic black charcoal dye. Made with all organic palm that only gets more beautiful and fits better with time. Once you feel, and see the difference --and even pick up on the scent of nature in each hat -- you'll love its unmatched superior quality.
Dimensions: 11 cm crown height and a 8cm width brim.
Brim Style: Stiff, thick modern brim (not floppy), shaped by hand.
Materials: Made of 100% fine palm leaf straw that is dyed black for a timeless, signature look.
Band Options: Comes ‘BARE’, add any hat band to suit your style, occasion and play up your look!
SIZING: Offering hybrid sizes that are expertly sized to fit at our Hat Bar. Size M can be sized down to fit SM (56-58cm) or L/XL (59-61cm) which is a unisex hat size. Sizes smaller than 56cm can be further customized by adding a filler of 1-3cm.
Naturally, a size S/M will have a smaller look overall. The size L/XL appears larger in brim and crown.
