The ULTIMATE UPCYCLE - A vintage yo-yo quilt has been upcycled into the Cutest light blue yo-yo mini. Each yo-yo was handmade c.1940-1960's from upcycled flour sacks. They were then assembled into a quilt and upcycled once again into this one of a kind mini skirt.
